As we move into our fifth year in corporate leadership, communication training, and professional speaker coaching, we are thrilled to announce that the Moxie Institute is set to post new records for revenue and company expansion in 2019.
Our expectations for higher client and revenue numbers were set by a stronger-than-projected first quarter. To scale appropriately, we are expanding our client solutions and sales teams with two new co-directors and an east coast expansion, respectively.
Bolstering a five-star client rating, MOXiE has onboarded Co-Directors of Client Solutions, Susan Capra and Aaron Cannata. Both new members bring their exceptional backgrounds working a wide spread of companies, from Fortune 500 right down to ambitious startups.

ToggleBoth Capra and Cannata demonstrated the personality, purpose, and competency that goes into the high-touch client service Moxie Institute is known for.
Susan Capra brings over 15 years of global experience working alongside the top names in luxury fashion. Most recently she worked with the world-renowned Swarovski Crystal. “There’s a great deal of intense focus, client management, sales, and intuition at every level of luxury fashion,” said Capra. “I’m excited to translate my experience and work ethic into such a new and needed industry with a purpose-driven mission.”
Formerly the Co-Host and Executive Producer of BIStalk on ESPN Radio, Aaron Cannata brings his on-air experience with Fortune 500 executives to help business leaders at all levels align with the training and skills development that best suits their company and culture.
Cannata remarked, “I’ve always loved jumping into conversation with executives in all industries. Now I’m excited to help them turn their talking points into career leverage and business impact.”
Capra and Cannata join us at Moxie just as we are also expanding client services on the east coast, following our four recent global awards in Paris, Helsinki, Amsterdam, and Singapore.
We couldn’t be more excited to add Susan and Aaron to the Moxie family.
We’re in a new era where most employees are driven by purpose more than profits, and we’re seeing that reflected in our clients’ ongoing success.
In creating these positions, connecting with MOXiE’s purpose was a non-negotiable; it was number one on the job requirement. Susan and Aaron fit that perfectly.
