Karen is an EMMY award winning broadcast journalist, corporate communications professional and executive coach working with CEO’s and C-level executives at leading companies around the world. After a distinguished career as co-anchor of The Ten O’clock News in Boston, she transitioned into the corporate world, building dynamic internal, external and executive communications programs.
Karen specializes in helping senior executives develop the leadership and communication skills needed to successfully lead teams and deliver business results. Karen holds a degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism from Emmerson College and an MBA at Curry College. She a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), recently completing the most respected coach training and certification program in the coaching industry. Karen is the recipient of six EMMY awards for her reporting and anchoring in addition to an Edward R. Murrow award from the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTNDA) and a prestigious TELLY award.
